He is suspected under Part 2 of Article 155 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. In a separate incident, the suspect is also accused of violent acts against a 9-year-old relative, according to law enforcement.

The detained businessman, who lives in Kyiv with a common-law wife and a young daughter, is alleged to have targeted three girls aged between 12 and 15. The crimes reportedly occurred in multiple locations:

In return, he allegedly bought them gifts, mobile phones, and provided pocket money. The second case, involving his 9-year-old second cousin, took place on September 9, 2025, in the village of Voronkivka, Bucha district, Kyiv region.
