Kyivstar Announces Tariff Plan Updates
Starting January 21, 2026, mobile operator Kyivstar will implement changes to its service plans, phasing out a selection of its 'All Together' tariffs for new subscribers and updating their names. While the plans will be rebranded, current customers on these tariffs will see no changes to their existing terms and conditions.
Plans No Longer Available for New Subscriptions
The following specific tariff plans will be closed to new connections:
- ALL TOGETHER Light 2025
- ALL TOGETHER Light Contract 2025
- ALL TOGETHER Cool 2025
- ALL TOGETHER Top Contract 2025
It is crucial to note that subscribers already using these plans will not experience any alterations to their service agreements. The company has explicitly stated:
'If you are already using one of these tariffs, its terms will not change for you.'
In a separate update, subscribers of the 'ALL TOGETHER Cool Contract' and 'ALL TOGETHER Cool' plans who ported their number before January 20, 2026, will have their roaming internet allowance increased to 18 gigabytes. Furthermore, Ireland, Portugal, and Slovakia have been added to the list of countries included in the call package. These shifts are part of a broader industry trend where operators regularly refresh their offerings. While new customers will be directed to updated plans, existing users retain their current benefits without restriction.
