Kim Jong Un allowed the Premier League in North Korea: strict censorship conditions

Північна Корея відкриває двері світовому футболу з обмеженнями на контент.

Kim Jong Un signed an agreement to broadcast Premier League matches in North Korea, but with strict limitations. Now viewers will not see any live matches, as everything will be edited and shortened. Editing and censorship will turn ordinary matches into events controlled by the dictator.

It is worth noting that the conditions include the removal of any references to the West, South Korea, and a ban on any LGBT symbols during broadcasts. Notably, some players, including Ukrainians and representatives from South Korea, may be removed from the broadcast.

In sports news, the Ukrainian national football team impressed with remarkable victories and losses in the qualifying matches for the 2026 World Cup. Ukrainian fans also supported their team in the match against France with a banner 'Fortress of Europe'.
