'Our National Guardsmen, border guards, police officers, rescue workers, and everyone working for the country's security do more than just protect Ukraine's territory. They defend the right of Ukrainians to live in a free nation, build its future, and independently determine their own path,' the minister underscored.
He added that 'the people themselves are the greatest strength of our state and the main guarantee that the values embedded in the Constitution will remain unchanged.'
