Notably, 24 companies on the list had owners from Russia at the start of the full-scale war, underscoring the importance of the Club’s strict membership criteria.

This development could mark a significant step forward for Ukraine’s business environment.

In June 2024, parliament approved draft law No. 11084 on the White Business Club in its second reading, and in July of the same year, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed it into law.

The Club’s growth reflects positive shifts in Ukraine’s business landscape, potentially boosting legal entrepreneurship and increasing trust among consumers and partners. The related legislative initiatives demonstrate the state’s commitment to supporting honest businesses and reducing unethical practices in the economy. This also enhances Ukraine’s international reputation as a promoter of transparent business standards.

The growth of the White Business Club reflects a broader trend in the Ukrainian economy, where foreign investments are becoming increasingly significant. Notably, Polish-owned companies have made substantial contributions, generating billions in revenue and strengthening economic ties in the region.
