In 2025, the State Agency for Recovery and Development of Infrastructure of Ukraine focuses on the physical protection of critical infrastructure, restoring logistics in frontline regions, and the construction of the Mykolaiv water supply system and treatment facilities.

The management of these processes is carried out by a team led by Serhiy Sukhomlyn and Deputy Prime Minister Oleksiy Kuleba. Special attention is paid to the implementation of the state-significant infrastructure project - the Mykolaiv water supply system.

Support for logistics and important automobile routes

Providing military logistics through the restoration and maintenance of important automobile routes, especially in frontline regions, remains an important task to ensure the movement of transport and evacuation of the population if necessary.

“By the end of 2025, the State Agency for Recovery managed to save over UAH 13 billion of budget funds due to a professional approach to planning and implementing projects,” noted Serhiy Sukhomlyn.

This year, efforts were also made to enhance the institutional capacity of the Agency. A central procurement organization was established, the management of strategic projects was updated, and digital tools and anti-corruption mechanisms were implemented.

All of this contributed to making project management more transparent, effective, and accountable and allowed for significant results in the development of the country's infrastructure.
