On December 4, 2025, there will be stabilization hourly power outages for all six groups of consumers in the Kyiv region. In most cases, the power will be turned off twice a day during daytime and evening hours, and for some groups — only during lunch hours. This is reported by DTEK.

According to the operator, the power will be turned off according to the following approximate schedule:

Groups 1.1, 2.2: from 10:30 AM to 2:00 PM and from 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Group 1.2: from 10:30 AM to 2:00 PM and from 9:00 PM to 12:00 AM

Group 2.1: from 10:30 AM to 2:00 PM

Groups 3.1, 3.2, 4.2: from 6:00 AM to 7:00 AM and from 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM

Group 4.1: from 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM

Group 5.1: from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM and from 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM

Groups 5.2, 6.1, 6.2: from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM and from 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM.
The company reminds that actual interruptions in power supply may vary depending on the situation in the energy system.

DTEK's stabilization schedules in Kyiv region are used to reduce the load on the network and avoid emergency outages. Consumers are advised to check in advance which group they belong to, charge necessary devices, and plan the use of energy-intensive equipment outside the specified intervals.
