The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has announced that Orest Drimalovskyi has been appointed as the new spokesperson. He is a serviceman, journalist, and television presenter. This was reported by the source 'Glavkom' citing the Ministry of Defense.



Orest Drimalovskyi joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine in February 2024 and served with the 79th Separate Air Assault Brigade in the Donetsk region. For his service, he was awarded the 'Cross of Valor' medal.



Journalist and Serviceman


Drimalovskyi has been working in journalism since 2015. He graduated from Lviv National Ivan Franko University and worked as a correspondent and host on the 'First Western' channel and in the 'Okna-Novosti' program on STB. Now he has joined the Ministry of Defense team.



Combat System Delta and Its Implementation

The Ukrainian Ministry of Defense has announced the appointment of a new spokesperson - Orest Drimalovskyi, who combines the work of a journalist and a serviceman. Drimalovskyi served in the Armed Forces of Ukraine and was awarded the 'Cross of Valor' medal. He joined the Ministry of Defense team to assist in the implementation of the combat system Delta, which allows for better control of the situation on the battlefield and coordination of the actions of Ukrainian troops with allies. The Ministry also reminds servicemen of the opportunity to return to service through a simplified procedure via the 'Army+' app.
