Businessman Ihor Kolomoisky has invited all interested parties to his upcoming court hearings, his lawyer Oleksandr Lysak reported. Lysak noted that Kolomoisky would be happy to see everyone and is ready to answer their questions.
Lysak announced that next week there would be preliminary hearings in two district courts of Kyiv. On December 8 at 14:00, the case regarding the damages of Privatbank and Ukrnafta will be considered in the Podilskyi District Court. On December 9 at 13:15, there will be a preparatory hearing in the Shevchenkivskyi District Court regarding the incitement to attempt on 2003.
Additionally, Kolomoisky's lawyers have filed an appeal with the appellate court against the decision of the High Court of London in the case involving a lawsuit from Privatbank.
