The new photos show that the previously bald Kolomoisky now has a short haircut, shaved underneath with hair left on top.
It is worth recalling that it was previously reported that the National Anti-Corruption Bureau and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office have completed the investigation into the case of former PrivatBank owner Igor Kolomoisky and five former employees of the banking institution suspected of embezzling over 9.2 billion UAH.
The Office of the Prosecutor General in the Supreme Court established that the statute of limitations for holding businessman Kolomoisky accountable has expired. Prosecutor of the Office of the Prosecutor General Roman Yegzhov confirmed this information during the consideration of one of Kolomoisky's motions, who has been in custody for two years.
In case of a coincidence of terms for holding a person accountable, they can no longer be tried. In the case of particularly serious crimes, such a term can range from 5 to 15 years or be recalculated in case of new offenses or evasion from court.
