Monograph 'Scientific Concept for the Development of Ukrainian Legislation' Presented
On March 4, 2026, the Constitutional Court of Ukraine hosted the presentation of a collective monograph titled 'Scientific Concept for the Development of Ukrainian Legislation'. The monograph's co-authors include Acting Head of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine Oleksandr Petryshyn, as well as Justices Oksana Hryshchuk, Serhii Riznyk, Olha Sovhyria, and members of the Court's Scientific Advisory Council. The event was moderated by:
- Constitutional Court Justice Oksana Hryshchuk, Head of the Permanent Commission on Scientific Support;
- Oleksii Kot, Director of the Institute of Lawmaking and Scientific Legal Expertise of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and a member of the Scientific Advisory Council of the Constitutional Court.
