The Consulate of Ukraine will hold an outreach reception in Bialystok, Poland in September

The General Consulate of Ukraine in Lublin will provide outreach services to citizens in Bialystok on September 17 and 18, 2026. Ukrainians will be able to apply for a foreign passport, pick up their completed documents, and use other consular services. This is reported by InPoland.

To obtain a new passport, prior registration is required. However, some services will be provided without an appointment, on a first-come, first-served basis.

How to register for passport processing in Bialystok by September 9

The registration form must be completed by 9:00 AM on September 9. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. After processing the applications, the consulate will send confirmation to selected applicants via email.

Priority will be given to Ukrainians who do not have a passport or need to urgently replace a document due to its expiration. Priority will also be given to:

  • members of large families;
  • people with disabilities;
  • citizens aged 65 and older;
  • members of military families.

There will be no live queue for obtaining a foreign passport. Applicants need to bring original and copies of required documents, as well as consent for the processing of personal data.

The consular fee is 471 zlotys for applicants aged 16 and older and 145 zlotys for children. The presence of a child under 12 years is not required. The estimated processing time for the passport is 90 days, not including delivery.

What services will be provided in Bialystok on September 17-18

Without prior registration, Ukrainians will be able to submit documents for child registration as a citizen of Ukraine by birth. Additionally, in the live queue, they will process certificates confirming that a person is alive and will certify signatures on family status applications.

You can also collect your already issued passport without an electronic queue. However, you must write in advance to gc_pll@mfa.gov.ua, stating in the subject line 'Passport issuance in Bialystok', along with your name, surname, and session identifier.

You can only receive the document once its status in the system has changed to 'Document has arrived at the diplomatic institution'.
