The Operations of the Lasar's Group Strike Drone Unit
In an interview with the Glavcom publication, Roman Yashchenko, deputy commander of the Lasar's Group strike drone unit, detailed the unit's activities, achievements, and the critical role of technology in modern warfare. Formed at the start of the full-scale invasion, the unit initially operated in coordination with Ukraine's Security Service (SBU). “We don't chase scale. Everyone knows the Charter, the Third Assault Brigade – they are great, but they are large machines. Our unit is compact. We always focus on the result. If a small team can deliver a major impact, there's no point in recruiting more.”He also noted the essential combination of skilled personnel and advanced technology for achieving success.

This represents a 25% increase in reporting units compared to January. The Lasar's Group of the National Guard of Ukraine was also included in the February ranking of units under the 'Army of Drones.
