Honoring the National Olympic Committee of Ukraine's Monthly Award Winners
On September 16, 2026, the Olympic House hosted an awards ceremony celebrating the National Olympic Committee of Ukraine’s "Best Athlete of the Month" winners for August 2026. The event recognized outstanding athletes, coaches, and organizations for their significant contributions to athlete development.
The ceremony announced the recipients of the prestigious awards: Lyudmyla Luzan was named Best Athlete of August 2026, Mykola Matsapura received the Best Coach award, and Kseniia Kyrylchuk was honored as the Best Junior Athlete. Additionally, Kateryna Solomianova-Kyrylchuk earned recognition as the Best Junior Athlete’s Coach.

Among the honored organizations and their leaders were federation presidents Ihor Slivinskyi of the Canoe Federation of Ukraine and Mykhailo Koshliak of the Judo Federation of Ukraine. Mykola Danevych, First Deputy Head of the Dynamo Sports Society of Ukraine, was also present at the event.
