School for drone management training in Lithuania

Lithuania has opened the first of nine schools where children aged 10 and older, as well as adults, will be taught to operate, assemble, and program drones. The school is located in the city of Taurage, just 20 km from the Russian exclave of Kaliningrad. According to Deputy Minister of Defense Tomas Godliauskas, this initiative is part of a strategy to increase military defense capabilities.

«Everything comes down to building military defense capabilities, which Lithuania takes very seriously, living next to Russia and Belarus», – said Tomas Godliauskas.

Lithuania is actively responding to the needs of Ukrainian children and is developing military training for its citizens, including work with drones.
