Dmytro Lubinets Shares a Personal Message for Family Day
Ukraine’s Commissioner for Human Rights, Dmytro Lubinets, posted a vintage family photo and addressed his relatives in honor of the International Day of Families. In an Instagram post, he recalled the loss of his home in Volnovakha and thanked his wife Yanina and his parents for their unwavering support. Lubinets and his wife recently marked their 22nd wedding anniversary.
