A woman was detained in Lviv for selling patriotic symbols: what threatens her

A woman who was trading in patriotic symbols in the Dvirceva Square in Lviv was discovered by law enforcement on August 17 during a social media monitoring, reports 'Glavcom' with reference to the regional police.


That same day, a district police officer from the police department No.1 of the Lviv district police department No.2 identified the person and drew up an administrative protocol against the offender, a 35-year-old woman from Lviv, for part 1 of article 160 (Trade in unregulated places) of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses.



Penalties for the woman


For her actions, the woman faces a penalty - a fine of one to seven non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens, that is, from 17 to 119 UAH with confiscation of goods or without such.



It is worth noting that 'Ukrzaliznytsia' reported about the appointment of an additional train No.243/244, which will run on the route Kyiv - Lviv. The decision was made to meet the increased demand for transportation at the end of August.



Law enforcement officers identified a woman who was trading in patriotic symbols in Lviv and drew up a protocol against her for violating the legislation. She faces a fine or confiscation of goods. Such measures were taken as part of the fight against illegal trading on the streets of the city.
