The government of Ukraine has decided to improve access to mobile communication by establishing a new, expedited mechanism for placing base stations. Now operators will be able to obtain permits for this in just 25 days, which is much faster than before.
In the Sumy region, almost 100 such base stations have already been built under the new simplified procedure, allowing every resident of the region to use communication without problems.
