Physical violence is not a family matter. Almost every fourth administrative offense related to domestic violence involves physical violence. It is often disguised as a 'family matter', 'argument', explained by 'emotional impact' or 'provocation from the victim'. However, no justifications should be sought.

Slaps, punches, beatings, leaving someone in danger – this is physical violence. Call things by their names – call 102 or 112. As part of the international campaign '16 Days Against Violence', we remind about the problems of overcoming various forms of domestic violence, child abuse, combating human trafficking, and protecting women's rights.

We urge everyone to be attentive and not to tolerate any manifestations of physical violence in any area of life. It is important to respond promptly to such situations and ensure safety and protection for all citizens.
