NATO Leader Assesses Russian Offensive in Ukraine
Speaking at the Munich Security Conference, NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte offered a stark assessment of Russia's military campaign in Ukraine. Rutte also highlighted the staggering losses suffered by the Russian military, citing 35,000 troops lost in December and another 30,000 in January.
