The Ministry of Defense reminds enterprises of the need to provide reports on their vehicle fleet. According to the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, all companies must submit complete information about their vehicles in accordance with government regulations. The reports must include information on passenger cars, trucks, special equipment, and rented vehicles, as well as the condition of each vehicle and the employees.
The report must contain comprehensive data on all vehicles owned by the enterprise, including both owned and rented ones. This is mandatory for legal entities, but not for individual entrepreneurs or ordinary citizens.
It is not recommended to postpone the submission of documents, as the deadline for submitting reports ends on June 19. Violation of this obligation may lead to a fine of 34,000 to 59,000 hryvnias. It is also important to be aware of the new regulations regarding parking quotas and changes to road signs in Ukraine.
The Ukrainian Ministry of Defense reminds enterprises of their obligation to provide detailed information about their vehicle fleet and the necessity to comply with established deadlines. These measures are aimed at ensuring transparency and control over the use of vehicles in the field of entrepreneurship.
