Russia carried out a powerful combined strike on Ukraine in the night of October 5, 2025. According to monitors, the occupiers used about 700 drones, up to 50 X-101/Caliber cruise missiles, and 2 Kinzhal ballistic missiles. The attack lasted more than five hours.

The Lviv region suffered the most. According to the State Emergency Service, as a result of the combined strikes, 4 people died, and 4 more were injured. Several objects were damaged, including residential buildings near the airport.

A 46-year-old man sustained serious injuries, including a traumatic brain injury. His condition is severe. A 60-year-old woman has a contusion to the head, and her condition is moderate.

In Lviv, the Sparrow industrial park is burning, where warehouses of the Polish company LPP (Clothing brands Cropp, House, Sinsay, Reserved, Mohito) are located. Many cigarettes, tobacco, and electronic devices were also stored in the warehouses.

'The Sparrow industrial park in Lviv is burning. This is a civilian object, without any military component,' noted Andriy Sadovyi.

Part of the city is without electricity - the Riasne and Levandivka areas are without power. There are also strikes on energy facilities. According to the mayor, several fires are ongoing in the city, and residents are asked to close their windows and stay in safe places.

Consequences of aggression in different regions

In Zaporizhzhia, as a result of the attack, one person died, and at least 10 were injured. The equipment of 'Zaporizhzhiaoblenergo' was damaged, causing a blackout for a significant number of consumers in the regional center and Zaporizhzhia district. Gas pipelines were also damaged - hundreds of people were left without gas.

'If I hadn't woken my daughter - she would be dead,' said eyewitness to the shelling in Zaporizhzhia, Maksym Latysh.

In Ivano-Frankivsk region, critical infrastructure objects were targeted. Air defense units operated. In one of the communities in the region, part of a residential building was damaged as a result of the strike. According to the regional military administration, as of 8:54, no one had sought help.

During Russia's aggression against Ukraine in November 2025, various regions of the country felt the effects of the attack. Lviv, Zaporizhzhia, Ivano-Frankivsk, and Chernihiv regions suffered significant destruction and human casualties. This time both military and civilian objects were attacked, creating serious problems for local residents and authorities.
