In this area, constant shelling is ongoing and evacuation of civilians is being carried out. Thanks to the armored transport provided by the Howard Buffett Foundation, the police have already evacuated over 200 peaceful residents from frontline communities in the Kharkiv region. Such transport allows operations even during shelling and significantly reduces risks for civilians and law enforcement officers.
