- General Practice - Family Medicine (629 slots)
- Anesthesiology (585 slots)

The system, developed by the Ministry of Health in partnership with the Ministry of Digital Transformation, operates on the Diia.Engine platform, with the state enterprise 'Electronic Health' serving as its technical administrator.
This intern distribution process represents a crucial phase in shaping Ukraine's medical profession, as it provides young specialists with the chance to gain hands-on experience in healthcare facilities. Given the large number of vacancies, competition among graduates for internship spots is expected to be intense. This also reflects the country's demand for medical workers, which is particularly important amid ongoing challenges in the healthcare sector.
As the internship placement process unfolds, it's important to note that a similar initiative is also underway for medical graduates entering residency programs. With over 3,000 participants expected in the digital residency placement system, this development highlights the growing integration of technology in medical training.
