The government has improved and simplified the procedures for providing rehabilitation aids for people with disabilities, military personnel, and war victims. Now, the digital mechanisms for supplying these aids have become more efficient, and the number of required documents for obtaining them has decreased.
The procedure for obtaining liners and covers for stumps has also become easier, and the list of documents for civilians affected by actions of the Russian Federation has been optimized. Greater access to prosthetics and orthotics for foreign military personnel and stateless persons has also been opened.
In state rehabilitation institutions, training on how to use rehabilitation aids, including canes, wheelchairs, and mobile phones, can now be obtained. This will be available for military personnel and civilians under certain conditions.
