The Steel Front of Rinat Akhmetov Supports the Military
Recently, the 39th Separate Coast Defense Brigade of the Ukrainian Navy received assistance from Metinvest. This assistance amounts to nearly three million hryvnias and includes a universal tractor for arranging positions and a modern interactive table for operational planning according to the requests of the fighters.
This equipment is extremely important for the brigade, which plays an active role in combat operations and represents resistance to the enemy's advance. Improving defensive positions is key to preserving the lives of fighters and successfully completing combat missions.
"The tractor will be used for arranging positions of the first and second lines of defense. This is a critical aspect of military operations – the readiness to avoid the enemy's unexpected attack, so we are always preparing. Arranging our own positions is just as important a part of preparation as training the personnel, so there is no room for small details here," notes a serviceman from the 39th Separate Brigade of Coast Defense, who uses the nickname 'Kruger'.
In addition to the equipment, the fighters received a modern interactive table for operational planning of actions, which will facilitate faster and more effective decision-making in tactical situations. A member of the brigade is confident that this assistance will allow the unit to operate more efficiently on the battlefield and resolve issues more quickly.
"Metinvest has supported our brigade before – it is always operational assistance that the military needs. This is extremely important as we unite efforts for Ukraine's shared victory. Only together are we strong," added the fighter.
In total, Rinat Akhmetov's businesses have already transferred more than 12.8 billion hryvnias to aid the military and peaceful residents of Ukraine since the onset of the conflict.
