Metinvest has rolled out an all-encompassing veteran reintegration ecosystem, underscoring its commitment to supporting returning employees after military service. According to company data, roughly 80% of demobilized staff come back to work post-deployment, highlighting the initiative's effectiveness. Currently, more than 8,000 Metinvest employees are serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and since 2014, around 11,000 specialists have gained military experience.
