Нові горизонти виробництва: з виробництвом 11 нових продуктів та підтримкою української армії від Metinvest у 2025 році.

Metinvest Group's Key Milestones in 2025

Despite the ongoing war, Metinvest Group achieved a significant milestone in 2025 by launching production of 11 new product types. This expansion included three new products at the Zaporizhstal plant. Over the more than a decade of war, the company has now mastered production of 433 new product types, demonstrating its continued commitment to developing its industrial capabilities under extreme pressure.

New Developments and Product Lines

The new developments included four products in the semi-finished and long-rolled steel segments, along with two new items in hot-rolled coil and sheet steel. One new product was also introduced in the cold-rolled steel segment. Additionally, the Kametstal plant began manufacturing four types of continuously cast billet for pipe rolling.

Metinvest initiated production of rebar steel for the Polish and Romanian markets and developed new size grades for hot-rolled coil and cold-rolled steel at Zaporizhstal.

Beyond its commercial output, Metinvest has played a crucial role in supporting Ukraine's Defense Forces. The company has supplied frontline troops with substantial military aid, including:

  • 805 steel bunkers and shelters
  • Two underground NATO Role 2-class field hospitals
  • 300 metal anti-drone screens for military vehicles, including Abrams, Bradley, T-64/72, and MT-LB armored vehicles
  • 150,000 armor plates delivered to soldiers

Metinvest's efforts extend beyond business, directly contributing to Ukraine's defense and economic resilience. As one of Ukraine's largest industrial groups, its ability to innovate and support the war effort is vital for national stability. These actions not only strengthen Ukraine's defensive capabilities but also sustain the economy by preserving jobs and supporting industrial recovery during wartime. The company's ongoing adaptation to new market conditions underscores its resilience and determination to develop even under the most challenging circumstances.
