Ukraine Develops Its First National AI Language Model
Ukraine's Ministry of Digital Transformation, in partnership with the telecom operator Kyivstar, has announced the development of the nation's first large-scale AI language model. This foundational technology is designed for integration across public services, business applications, the education sector, and national defense. The public is now invited to vote on a name for the model, with ten shortlisted options selected from over 3,000 public submissions.

The naming poll is being conducted exclusively within the government's Diia app and will remain open until 12:00 PM on March 29. To participate, users should follow these steps:
- Open the Diia application;
- Navigate to the Services section;
- Locate and enter the poll to vote for your preferred name from the final list.
