The Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov announced the launch of six new services in the digital state services app 'Diia'. This information came from a post by the minister himself, reports 'Glavkom'.
AI Assistant
The first service to appear in 'Diia' will be the AI Assistant. This assistant will be the world's first national assistant that will provide state services. The minister explained that users will be able to receive consultations and services by writing their requests in natural language in the chat.
e-Notary
Online notary services will become available for Ukrainians. The Ministry of Digital Transformation, along with the Ministry of Justice and the state enterprise 'National Information Systems', is working on an electronic system that integrates all notary processes to launch services in 'Diia'. The launch of services is planned for 2026.
e-Excise
Ukraine loses about 30 billion UAH a year due to a lack of taxes on alcohol and tobacco. Digital transformation in this area will eliminate low-quality products, ensuring transparent rules for the market. The electronic system will allow tracking the path of alcohol and tobacco and prevent counterfeiting. The launch is scheduled for 2026.
Ukraine is improving its state services, making them more accessible and transparent through the implementation of digital innovations. The new services in the 'Diia' app are designed to make life easier for citizens and ensure more efficient operation of the public service sector.
