'Developing a strong pipeline of reconstruction projects is crucial. The investment potential for Ukraine’s recovery runs into hundreds of billions of dollars. Therefore, it is essential to prepare high-quality, finance-ready projects now. Our target for 2027 is to have a project portfolio valued at around $40 billion,' Alexander Kravchenko
Core Objectives for 2027
- Increasing investment levels
- Establishing a robust portfolio of reconstruction projects
Minister Kravchenko’s statements highlight the critical role of investment attraction in Ukraine’s post-conflict recovery.
