Job Openings in the Recovery and Reform Support Team

Ukraine’s Ministry of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture has announced four new positions within its Recovery and Reform Support Team. The call targets senior project managers and experts to join the agricultural sub-team, with applications due by 23:59 Kyiv time on May 26, 2026. This initiative is part of broader efforts to strengthen Ukraine’s agricultural sector amid ongoing recovery challenges.

Available Roles

The open positions include:

  • Senior Project Manager for EU Financial Instruments,
  • Senior Project Manager for Competitiveness Development for Resilience and Robustness,
  • Senior Expert on Regulatory Framework for Enhancing Agricultural Producer Productivity (EU),
  • Senior Project Manager for Value Chain Development and Processing.

The team functions as an advisory body under the Ukraine Recovery and Reform Architecture (URA) program.

The URA program was launched by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in partnership with the European Union. It is financed through the EBRD’s Multi-Donor Fund for Stabilization and Sustainable Development of Ukraine. Contributors to this fund include:

In addition to the recent job openings at Ukraine’s Ministry of Economy, the Recovery and Reform Office has also announced a new Data Manager position. This role is crucial for supporting the ongoing reforms and ensuring effective data management within the recovery initiatives.
