Ukraine is preparing for the heating season, despite the shelling of energy infrastructure by the enemy. According to the Deputy Minister of Energy of Ukraine Mykola Kolesnyk, all damaged facilities are being inspected and restored promptly to keep the system stable.
Kolesnyk also noted that Ukraine exceeds the current volumes of gas reserves in underground storage compared to last year. The government is also signing agreements with international financial institutions to ensure necessary gas imports before the heating season begins.
