The Ministry of Finance, together with EU4PFM, organized a professional networking event for HR specialists in the finance sector. Representatives from the Ministry of Finance, State Tax Service, State Customs Service, State Audit Office, State Treasury, and State Financial Monitoring participated in the event, discussing modern approaches to personnel management and exchanging practical experiences.
International partners of EU4PFM emphasized the importance of developing HR functions in Ukrainian institutions and the effectiveness of cooperation. Participants also noted the necessity of continuing the exchange of experiences to achieve meaningful changes.
Representatives of the Ministry of Finance, State Customs Service, and State Tax Service discussed strategic directions for the development of personnel management services, particularly the selection and adaptation processes for employees, mentoring, internal training, and staff support in emergency situations.
