The Ministry of Internal Affairs has invited citizens to participate in a survey. The main goal of the survey is to study the experience of communication between citizens and the central apparatus of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and to objectively assess the quality of the services provided. The results of the survey will be used for analysis and improving service delivery.
During the survey, the quality, accessibility, and convenience of services will be assessed, the needs and expectations of citizens will be identified, as well as proposals for optimizing processes will be considered. Completing the questionnaire will take only 4 minutes.
