The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine is preparing to award the 'Honorary Ambassador of Ukraine' award for the third time to recognize special individuals and teams that have made significant contributions to enhancing Ukraine's international prestige. This is the most prestigious recognition by the Ministry in the field of public diplomacy.
Different categories have been established for this event, such as cultural, economic, scientific diplomacy, and others. A separate category called 'The Work of a Lifetime' is specifically for significant contributions to promoting our state.
All interested parties who wish to nominate candidates for this award are invited to submit their proposals to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine. It is worth noting that among the honorary ambassadors can be both Ukrainian citizens and representatives of other countries and companies that have actively contributed to supporting Ukraine on the international stage.
The criteria for receiving this high award include a number of mandatory requirements, among which are a substantial impact on the positive perception of Ukraine abroad, improving relations with other countries, and contributing to the economic development of the state.
