Meeting of Ukrainian and World Bank representatives
Serhiy Marchenko, Ukraine's Minister of Finance, and Antonella Bassani, Vice President of the World Bank for Europe and Central Asia, held a meeting in Kyiv during which they discussed funding issues for the state budget for the next year.
Serhiy Marchenko emphasized the need for support to ensure budget expenditures in the first quarter of 2026 and discussed possible ways to attract the necessary funds through World Bank mechanisms. According to data from 2022, Ukraine received about $61.4 billion in aid from international partners.

During the meeting, Serhiy Marchenko and Antonella Bassani discussed the plan to attract funding for the Ukrainian state budget for the next year.
