Winter Operations of Ukraine's Emergency Service
During a review of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine's (SESU) winter operations, Interior Minister Ihor Klymenko highlighted both the heavy toll on rescuers and the ongoing aid to civilians. The full-scale war in Ukraine has claimed the lives of 114 emergency service personnel, underscoring the extreme dangers inherent in their duties.

In addition to frontline rescue work, the service has established 10 modular settlements in Kyiv's Darnytskyi, Dniprovskyi, and Desnianskyi districts.
