Today, Ukraine's Minister of Internal Affairs Ihor Klymenko met with Lars Hansen, the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Kingdom of Norway to Ukraine. Issues aimed at strengthening security in the country were discussed. The representative from Norway emphasized the importance of joint work and the effectiveness of cooperation with Ukrainian units. He noted that support from Norway will continue, and joint projects will expand.
'For us, interaction with partners who understand our challenges and stand with Ukraine in the toughest times is important. Norway is such a partner: consistent, reliable, and value-driven' - emphasized the minister.
Ihor Klymenko expressed gratitude to Norway for the joint efforts in enhancing the security of people and the stability of the state.
During the meeting with the Norwegian ambassador, the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine underscored the importance of cooperation with partners who support Ukraine in difficult times. The parties discussed joint measures to strengthen the country's security, as well as to expand cooperation in the future. Norway confirmed its readiness to continue support and joint projects with Ukraine.
