The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Andrii Sybiga, participated in the plenary session of the Council of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the OSCE in Vienna. In his speech, he talked about the need to stop Russia's war against Ukraine and support the peace process alongside partners from the USA and Europe. Sybiga called for changes in the work of the OSCE according to modern realities, particularly emphasizing the role of security and encouraging efforts to resolve the conflict.

Ukraine advocates for the documentation and condemnation of Russian crimes, commitment to the Helsinki Decalogue for restoring peace in Europe, and the application of all possible OSCE mechanisms to hold accountable those responsible. The emphasis on security and peaceful resolution of the conflict in Europe in all the Minister's speeches confirms the importance of these issues for Ukraine and the international community.
