On his Twitter page, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Andrii Sybiha, noted that it is still important for the world to adhere to the principles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which was adopted 77 years ago. He emphasized that this document is an important guide to preventing war crimes and human rights violations.
