The target is to inflict over 200 killed occupiers for every square kilometer. This indicates an intensification of efforts to combat Russian forces and degrade their offensive capabilities.
The third goal is to deprive Russia of the economic resources for waging war. It is known that Russia sells oil globally through a shadow fleet, enabling it to maintain economic stability despite sanctions. Ukraine's Ministry of Defense aims to secure a record volume of international aid this year and to ensure Russia's budget deficit becomes the largest in its history.
