The Ministry of Defense is launching a new digital accounting system for military personnel called 'Impulse'. This system will provide up-to-date information about each serviceman in a convenient digital format. According to Defense Minister Denys Shmyhal, 'Impulse' will enable access to information about assignments, document creation, and ensure quick access to personnel data of military units.
The system is already being used in the Air Assault Forces and will soon be launched in the Ground Forces and newly created corps. Additionally, integration of 'Impulse' with other digital solutions for the armed forces, such as the 'Army+' application and the Medical Information System, is planned to create a unified electronic space for personnel management.
The military application 'Reserve+' will also be updated: users will have the option to process deferral from mobilization for parents of children with disabilities online, regardless of the child's age.
