Access Requests for TrophyLab Exceed 130
Ukraine's Ministry of Defense has logged more than 130 access requests from domestic arms and military hardware producers seeking to join the TrophyLab online system. This centralized portal is the country's primary channel for examining captured Russian equipment, providing defense firms with the technical knowledge needed to develop countermeasures. In addition, the platform has attracted over 300 access applications from international companies.
Platform Functionality and Security
The database is continually updated by Ukrainian Defense Forces units, the Main Intelligence Directorate (GUR), the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU), and specialized research institutions. Once approved, researchers are able to examine study results in real time online or request physical samples for laboratory analysis. With this system, information about Russian armaments can be shared quickly, transparently, and securely.
To gain access, applicants simply navigate to trophylab.mod.gov.ua, complete the registration form, and submit it. The platform administrator then vets every request to confirm the applicant has no ties to Russia, is not subject to Ukrainian or international sanctions, and meets all other mandatory requirements. After verification is complete, users can browse the catalog of captured enemy weapons and accompanying research findings.
All applicants are screened against these conditions during registration, which keeps the exchange of information both secure and trustworthy. Earlier, Ukraine also offered international partners access to AI model training using real combat data, highlighting the country's commitment to collaborative defense technology development.
