Operations against Russia

After the nighttime strike on Novorossiysk, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine promised to expand long-range operations against Russia. Acting Minister of Defense Yevgeny Khmara pointed out the importance of these measures, emphasizing their uniqueness and effectiveness. According to him, the aim of the strikes is to destroy infrastructure, the navy, logistics, fuel and energy facilities, and enterprises that support the war against Ukraine.

The combined strike on Novorossiysk was carried out using missiles, reactive drones, and marine drones. Khmara noted that 'Russia proved powerless against the synchronized work of Ukrainian strike systems.' He emphasized that this strike is the result of joint efforts and synergy being enhanced in the Defense Forces. The goal of these actions, as the minister pointed out, is to compel Russia to a just peace.

Plans of the Ministry of Defense

The Ministry of Defense also plans to increase pressure on the enemy together with the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Mikhail Drapaty, the General Staff, the Unmanned Systems Forces, the Security Service, and other components of the Defense Forces. It was previously reported that after the March attack on the port of Novorossiysk, there was information about damage to five ships of the Russian Federation. During the operation, the defense forces struck the Russian fleet, Crimea substations, and an oil depot in Stavropol in a single night.

“We will turn off the Russian military machine - destroy the infrastructure, the navy, logistics, fuel and energy facilities, and companies that support the war against Ukraine,” - noted Yevgeny Khmara.

As he concluded, operations will become increasingly difficult to counter, while Ukrainian weapons will become more numerous and precise.

These statements continue to demonstrate Ukraine's determination in the fight against Russian aggression and highlight the importance of strategic strikes on key infrastructure objects of the enemy. Given the growing effectiveness of Ukrainian forces in carrying out such operations, further pressure on Russia can be expected, which may influence the course of the conflict and force it to reconsider its military strategies.

In light of the recent developments, the Ministry of Defense is also preparing to bolster its capabilities, particularly through the involvement of the Azov and Unmanned Systems Forces. This strategic enhancement aims to further intensify operations against Russian military assets, ensuring a more comprehensive approach to achieving Ukraine's defense objectives.
