For the first time, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has purchased modular body armor in an extended configuration 1-11, allowing for a wider area of protection through additional modular elements. This decision was prompted by the changing situation at the front, where over 90% of military injuries are caused by shrapnel and fragments. Additional protective elements, including protection for the forearms, shins, and coccyx, provide not only broader protection but also better adaptation to various combat conditions.

It is noted that the new elements have a high level of protection, capable of stopping pistol bullets and high-speed fragments. In particular, forearm and shin protection also functions as protection for the knees and elbows, providing additional comfort and safety during combat missions. This extended configuration of body armor contributes to enhancing the level of protection for military personnel and improving their adaptation to various combat scenarios. The products are made from ceramic composite materials in camouflage color MM-14 ('pixel').
