Career Counseling for Veterans
The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine is launching career counseling for veterans who aim to get employed in the defense industry. This initiative aims to help former servicemen adjust to new conditions and find jobs in a crucial sector for the country.
Consultations will be provided by specialists from Lobby X. Career counseling includes several stages:
- Individual assessment of veterans' experience and skills;
- Identification of potential roles in the defense industry;
- Resume preparation;
- Interview preparation;
- Support during the job search.

Applications to participate in the program can be submitted on the portal zbroya.gov.ua in the "Veterans" section.
