The Ukrainian Ministry of Defense has established criteria for enterprises in the defense industry sector (DIC), aviation and space fields, which are crucial for the country's economy.
Currently, the process of collecting documents from enterprises to determine their status, which was previously under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Strategic Industries, is underway.
Criteria for obtaining important organization status
'The criteria approved by the Ministry of Defense maintain the approach to identifying enterprises that are important. Those who already have such status do not require additional actions or changes in documentation', the agency reported.
Among the criteria for obtaining important organization status in the DIC is the fulfillment of state contracts in the defense sector, receiving state financial support, and participating in the management of state-owned facilities.
The new criteria are intended to promote the development of the defense sector and ensure the security of Ukraine by selecting key players in this area.
