The Ministry of Community and Territorial Development of Ukraine is launching the process of developing a new Anti-Corruption Program for 2026–2028. This program aims to identify corruption risks in the Ministry's activities and implement effective measures to prevent them.
To this end, an update of the composition of the working group for assessing corruption risks is planned. Its tasks include identification, analysis, and level of risks, as well as preparing recommendations for their reduction.
Who can join?
- Representatives of civil society organizations that monitor the work of the Ministry;
- Experts in the fields of Development and anti-corruption;
- Representatives of enterprises that cooperate with the Ministry.
Importantly, individuals with records in the Register of Corrupt Officials cannot participate.
How to apply?
To participate in the working group, you need to send a letter to stopcor@mtu.gov.ua by December 15, 2025, with the subject: “Working Group for Assessing Corruption Risks”. The letter should specify motivation for participation, work experience, and confirmation of expertise.
After the application submission deadline, the Ministry will form an updated composition of the working group.
ℹ Assessment is conducted in accordance with the Ministry of Development's order №1640 and the Methodology for Managing Corruption Risks approved by the NACP.
The Ministry has taken on the task of developing the Anti-Corruption Program for the next two years. This is an important step in preventing corruption and improving operations in community management. The more experience and diversity in the working group, the more effective the proposed measures will be. All willing individuals, except for those with specified records in the Register of Corrupt Officials, are invited to declare themselves and join this important initiative.
