A German-Ukrainian workshop on housing policy took place, during which a common vision was agreed upon regarding key areas of cooperation. The Director of the Department of Cooperation with Southeastern Europe of BMZ and representatives of various institutions discussed the development of affordable mortgage programs, social housing, digitalization, and urban planning.
Special attention was paid to the transition from concepts to practical results. Natalia Kozlovska noted that the joint work with German partners is an important step towards systemic changes in housing policy. The discussed areas will be thoroughly examined at the next intergovernmental consultations between Ukraine and Germany.
